Making the appt was pleasant talking with Caryn. She helped me determine how much work could be done well in the 2 hour period.
Leon arrived early and got straight to work. He is a bit of a magician, as he magically transformed a dry rotted windowsill into a decorative piece of window trim using Bondo.
He breezed through the list I had waiting for him, moving back and forth as needed, and did not leave anything unfinished.
Leon was kind, quiet, and patient. He was simply a nice guy who does excellent work. He is clearly very handy and takes pride in a job well done.
He carefully cleaned up the messes that always accompany repair projects, presented me with an itemized bill and did not pull any punches. No last minute add-ons or switcheroos. Just an honest bill for an honest couple of hours work!”
